Beulah Baptist Church

 

Kevin was raised right here in Mohawk TN. He went to McDonald Elementary, West Greene High School, and graduated from East Tennessee State University in December 2000 with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management. Kevin married the love of his life, Jennifer, on March 9th 2001. His past experience includes banking, insurance, construction, but his love has always been farming. Kevin grew up at the livestock market in Greeneville. He worked there from 12 years old through college. He now works at several stockyards and farms. In November of 2006, God called Kevin to preach, and he announced his call shortly thereafter. Kevin filled the pulpit in the absence of the pastor in several churches in the community and surrounding areas. On Easter Sunday 2013, God called Kevin to be a pastor and in May of that year, Persia Baptist Church elected him to be their interim pastor and in August of 2013, they elected him to be their pastor. He was ordained as a pastor at Fairview Baptist Church in June of 2013. Kevin and his family joyfully served at Persia Baptist Church until October of 2023. After resigning from Persia Baptist Church, Kevin filled the pulpit in several churches and while filling the pulpit here at Beulah, he felt the Lord calling him here. After going through a formal interview process, the pulpit committee presented Kevin as their nominee for the next pastor of Beulah Baptist Church. On May 4th 2025, the church positively voted to call Kevin to be their next pastor. Kevin and Jennifer have 2 children in the home, Samuel and Benjamin, and a daughter, son-in-law and granddaughter Lydia, Andrew, and Oakley who reside in Knoxville.
