What to Expect on your first trip to Beulah

Before you enter, we should warn you – everyone you encounter at Beulah is broken – we’re flawed in many unique ways, but thanks to our Savior Jesus Christ we can find healing together. Sure, we make mistakes but we try to live by God’s instruction and treat everyone the way we want to be treated.  No matter what you look like, what you’ve encountered or what you’ve done, we see you as God sees all of His forgiven children – FLAWLESS – and we want to help you connect with Jesus and the rest of us!

When you first walk in the door, you can’t help but feel God’s presence. Our church is a loving, warm home for God’s family and we welcome anyone and everyone no matter your race, political direction, or even your favorite football team. Don’t forget you won’t find any perfect people at Beulah, but what you will discover is a diverse group of personalities, backgrounds, and embarrassments. This diversity gives Beulah an authentic and unique identity, so we hope you’ll join us as you are.
Beulah is known as “the little church with a big heart”. We feel our character comes from our love for God and His people. We want to bless others the way He has blessed us. We don’t expect visitors to contribute anything financially and we won’t call on you to speak in front of the group.

It doesn’t matter what you wear at Beulah. On any given Sunday morning, you may find folks in blue jeans and t-shirt, dresses, or even a coat and tie. Our attire is as diverse as our personalities. Our philosophy is to:
  • Be comfortable
  • Be respectable
  • Be clothed
We provide a safe, loving environment for kids and youth. We have classes for children of any age – from babies to high school. We have a devoted team of workers whose purpose is to love your children and teach them all there is to know about our Father and the wonderful gift He’s given us through His Son, Jesus Christ.

If you’re thirsty for some biblical teaching, we’ve got your quencher. Our pastor focuses on biblical truths and provides concrete guidance in every message. We may not have all the answers, but we believe what the Bible says and that it’s God’s perfect teaching for us. You can dive in with us at any of our worship services – Sunday morning, Sunday night, or at our bible study on Wednesday night.

You can see that we have a unique approach in how we worship, teach, and serve. One undoubtable truth you’ll take away from your first visit is our commitment to follow Jesus’ Great Commission – to “go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, and teaching them to obey everything I have commanded you…” (Matt 28:19-20). We want our church to be a home for you where you can learn with us, grow with us, serve others alongside us, and worship as a family. God can certainly use you in His household, and here at Beulah “God is Good – All the Time!”
